What donations cannot buy
Hard rules we keep — for fairness, for the chase economy, and to stay within payment processors' policies:
- Tier 11 (Dragon) items — boss drops + Slayer Master only
- Admin or moderator powers
- PvP advantage gear — donor caps at Rune-equivalent
- XP boost beyond +25% — Mythic ceiling
- Coin packages over 100k in a single purchase
- Account name reservations beyond the one-shot name change
Refunds + EU 14-day right
Under EU consumer law, digital goods come with a 14-day right of withdrawal unless you explicitly waive it at checkout. Tebex's checkout includes the waiver checkbox; ticking it grants the package immediately and forfeits the withdrawal right (this is the standard for instant-delivery digital goods).
If you didn't tick the waiver: contact us within 14 days and we'll process a refund. If something goes wrong in delivery (perks didn't arrive), we'll re-deliver or refund regardless — write to support@brevison.org.
